We try to use recyclable packaging where possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you
can return it to us within 14 days and receive a full refund providing it is in
its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
You don’t need a pay pal account, you can use all major credit or debit cards. We
will deal with your order as quickly as possible and products are normally
dispatched to arrive within 7 days subject to availability. However during busy
times please allow longer. If we know there could be a delay with your order,
we will contact you with an estimated arrival date. For Christmas deliveries we
recommend you order before the 16th of December, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th of December. We are also happy to
accept cheques or postal orders made payable to cheeky chops toys and we will

You are responsible for paying postage charges to return the goods. Please obtain
proof of posting.
If the item is damaged or faulty you can also return it and we will refund your
postage.
